Digital Workplace by Digte has a set of over 40 customizable widgets. These widgets use information that is stored in TOTVS Fluig Plataforma ECM itself, in the Digital Workplace, Templates or Digte Intranet folder (in the new version) created when the product is installed.
The amount of widgets available varies depending on the package purchased by the customer. In the Basic package there are 10 widgets available, Intermediate has 20 widgets, and the advanced one has all the product's widgets.
Default Widget Functions
Digital Workplace by Digte widgets have the following characteristics:
1. Theme: on the Theme tab, the visual characteristics of the widget linked to the themes are defined, as well as the title and whether there will be a text supporting the user.
2. Parameters: on the Parameters tab are the widget's business settings (ex: display title, display date, etc).
3. Title bar: on the Title Bar tab you can define the widget's icon from the list of icons available in TOTVS Fluig Plataforma (Font Icon). To display the available icons, just type a word in the field.
4. Registration Group: on the Parameters tab is the group of records that serves to segregate the information registered in the form.
For example: news from group A on page 1 and news from group B on page 2.
Schedules
Schedule any type of item (cars, rooms, massages, projector, etc.) with the possibility of provisional reservations and pre-reservations, which will be confirmed by the organizer of the agenda.

To create, edit or delete a Schedule Item, follow the path:
Intranet by Digte > Registration > Appointments
This widget will display the schedulable items from the ITEMS form and the schedules will be recorded by the widget in the SCHEDULE form. Any user can make a progress for the items, but only the organizer of the schedule can confirm the schedule. To define the scheduling administrators, a TOTVS Fluig Platform user group must be configured on the parameters tab.
To confirm/modify or delete an appointment, the administrator simply clicks on the appointment, in which a menu of options will be displayed.
You can customize the name of the column items and widget scheduling form through the parameters tab, with this it will be possible to have several types of schedules (eg cars, projectors, rooms...), and for each a form is needed. separate items and schedules.
Alerts - Digital Workplace by Digte
Transmit information to your employee through a Pop-up on the first access of the day, which will be impacted with texts, images and/or videos.

This widget will list the form records entered through the ECM search. The linked images and description will be displayed. It can be defined how many records will be presented, presentation order, start and end date of the novelty.
Birthdays of the month
Convey the importance for your collaborator through the birthday! The Birthdays of the Month widget displays everyone who has a birthday in the corresponding month.

The data comes from the ADDITIONAL USER DATA form, go to: "Intranet by Digte > Registers > Additional User Data". This form is related to the STORES (Units) form;
This widget will list the form records, the user profile images if they exist in TOTVS Fluig Plataforma.

Parameters:
These widgets will list the images available in the given EMC folder. The speed of transition between images can be configured, as will be the marker (circle or number), and if the informed link will open on another page.
To link a link to an image, simply enter the link in the ECM image comment (eg http://www.fluig.com ).
banner box
Include box banners with various image transition features.

Parameters:
This widget will list the images available in the given ECM folder. The speed of transition between the images can be configured, how the marker will be (circle or number), and if the informed link will open on another page.

With this widget you can add a personalized title bar and icons of your company, visually adapting the existing layout to the theme used in Digital Workplace

First create the championship in the form "CHAMPIONSHIPS", where the games, dates and team logos will be informed. The logos are already loaded and just enter the name to present the logo.
In the widget, inform the ECM location that the form "CHAMPIONSHIP" and the form referring to the pool widget you are using are stored.
Then inform which championship and administrator group, of TOTVS Fluig Plataforma, is responsible for the widget. Participants in this group are the only ones who can post the results.
Events calendar
Present the company's events calendar quickly and simply.

With the "Task Center" widget you can list the tasks in which the user is involved, whether as a requester, responsible, manager, author or approver.

Climate
Using the widget "Weather" can be a good strategy to display the current temperature and climate of the units - be it sun, rain, fog or even snow - via the Open Weather API, the temperature is displayed at the unit location, day/date and more cool, the current mood in a totally animated way.
