Technical details of the solution
The solution has the following technical characteristics.
Uses the infrastructure of the Fluig platform and is compatible with the same portability matrix as the TOTVS Fluig Platform
It does not need an increase in infrastructure.
It uses the infrastructure of the TOTVS Fuig Plataforma without the need to install additional components, consisting of pages, widgets, forms and dataset.
It is prepared for execution in the version of TOTVS Fuig Plataforma 1.6.5-190702 (02/07/2019) or higher.

Once the Public Form by Digte has been purchased, the customer can install the component from within his own TOTVS Fluig Platform.
The installation procedures are:
1) Access the TOTVS Fluig environment where the component will be installed. Installation is by TOTVS Fluig Platform, so it needs to be installed in each environment, for example: installing in production and approval.
2) Access in the TOTVS Fluig Platform menu the Control Panel page and search for TOTVS Fluig Store Items.
3) In the TOTVS Fluig Store items there is an option Components Store where the products available in the Store will be listed. Products that have already been contracted will have the “Install” button enabled and in green. The verification if it is contracted is directly on the customer's License Server.
4) If the product is available for installation, click the Install button. At this point, the application will automatically download to your TOTVS Fluig Platform. Once the download is complete, new buttons will appear on the TOTVS Fluig Platform menu.
5) Access the menu option of “DIGTE PUBLIC FORM - INSTALAÇÃO” , where the wizard for the product installation process will start.
The wizard will execute the steps automatically, and you will be prompted initially:
Folder number of the ECM that will store the installation items.
6) At the end of the installation, all the necessary components to start the configuration will be available.
A special folder called Digte Temp Upload will be created to be used as a temporary folder for the file upload process.
Reinstallation Procedures or Installation Problems
In case of any problems during the installation, we suggest to do the reinstallation. An example of a problem : in some customers in the process of installing forms, due to network performance problems, the process may be affected. In this case, we suggest redoing the installation.
To reinstall, simply delete the Digte Public Form folder from the ECM or use the Reinstall button on the Installation page. This done, just run the installation wizard again.
Caution! The reinstallation will eliminate all data imported and registered in the solution.
Depending on the evolution of the TOTVS Fluig platform, the Public Form by Digte may need updates.
This occurs in the following sequence:
Items panel of the TOTVS Fluig Store, which is in the control panel of the TOTVS Fluig Platform.
Update button on the Digte Public Form - Installation page. This second step is to update internal product structures.
